Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be fulfilled. Larger orders and orders around holidays may require an extra day or two as most jewelry pieces are handmade in-house.
Orders will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail services. Estimated time of delivery within the U.S. can vary between 2-5 business days depending on service. Orders shipped during the holidays may require a few extra days for delivery.
Returns or exchanges will be granted if Rock My Zen is notified within 3 days of receipt of item and item must be in the same and new condition when returned or refund or exchange will be forfeited.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Used items
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.
Wrong Sizes or Repair
If the wrong size is ordered, we will be happy to resize free of charge. Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to Rock My Zen.
If a bracelet breaks, collect all the beads and let us know. Mail the beads back to us and we can restring it for you. A $5 fee may be assessed for any bead replacement or repair.
