This Rock My Zen combination was created to use with your favorite essential oils.
Lava stone (aka Basalt) is a grounding crystal and can help to protect from negative energies. It is also a calming stone and can help to relieve stress and increase concentration. It is known as a stone of rebirth and can help release layers of unhealthy emotional attachment. To use with your essential oils, add 1 or 2 drops of desired oil(s) onto some of the Lava beads.
Metaphysical properties of Amethyst has been said to help with the following negative energy protection, anxiety and stress relief. It can help to relieve emotional pain has been said to help with sadness and grief. It can help to instill inner peace, positive transformation and is considered a calming stone and may help with insomnia. It can help to receive spiritual information if on that path and stimulate the mind.
Essential Oils suggested for Stress Relief includes:
Lavender
Chamomile
Rose
Vanilla
Frankincense
Because these are natural gemstones, there may be natural markings that will only make your bracelet more unique. This does not affect the energy and intent of your bracelet.
All Rock My Zen bracelets are smudged and infused with Reiki a before shipping.
It is recommended that Rock My Zen bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.
