This Healing Garden Shop Red Jasper and White Jade Chakra bracelet was made with the intention to help balance out the Root Chakra and to protect from negative energy.
Metaphysical properties of Red Jasper includes:

Metaphysically, Jade is known as a stone of luck and good health. It is a stone highly prized by the Chinese. White Jade Is soothing, calming and can help with stress while encouraging the body to heal itself. It helps to stabilize emotions, increases love and nurturing and helps with emotional release.
Root Chakra imbalances may include feeling insecure, stressing about financial issues and not feeling stable or secure.
Because these are natural gemstones, there may be natural markings that will only make your bracelet more unique. This does not affect the energy and intent of your bracelet.

It is recommended that Healing Garden Bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.
SIZING:
Finished bracelet will include an extra 1/2" for comfort. For example, if you need a bracelet for a 6" wrist, please order the small at 6"(made at 6.5") and not a medium (made at 7"). If you are not sure of your size, please measure your wrist as close as possible to where your palm starts and choose your size from the drop down menu or you can give me your exact size in the Notes to Seller or in a convo. Please do not add extra to your measurement.
