This Rock My Zen design was created with the intention to help with anxiety and stress relief. It was created with 8mm Blue Lace Agate and complimented with a sterling silver plated TierraCast lotus charm.
Blue Lace Agate is said to:

All Rock My Zen bracelets are smudged and infused with Reiki before shipping.
It is recommended that Rock My Zen bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.
