Shungite (8mm) and Clear Quartz (8mm)
This Healing Garden Shop creation is made with Shungite and Clear Quartz and was made with the intention to help with stress relief and general healing. As with all of my bracelets, they can be made without spacers. Please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" when checking out.
Metaphysically, Shungite also helps to absorb any negative energies/influences and can help to instigate positive thoughts and changes. The mineral itself is commonly used to purify water and that water has been said to have antihistamine effects. Further research of Shungite can give you more information on physical benefits that I can't list here.
Clear Quartz has been highly regarded in the metaphysical community as a "Master Healer". It is an energy amplifier and can help to amplify emotions and energy of crystals. It is also a very protective crystal to help guard against negativity.
Because these are natural gemstones, there may be natural markings that will only make your bracelet more unique. This does not affect the energy and intent of your bracelet.
It is recommended that Healing Garden Bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.
SIZING:
Finished bracelet will include an extra 1/2" for comfort. For example, if you need a bracelet for a 6" wrist, please order the small at 6"(made at 6.5") and not a medium (made at 7"). If you are not sure of your size, please measure your wrist as close as possible to where your palm starts and choose your size from the drop down menu or you can give me your exact size in the Notes to Seller or in a convo. Please do not add extra to your measurement.
