This Rock My Zen creation is made with Shungite and Lapis Lazuli with the intention to relieve stress and anxiety.
Metaphysically, Shungite has been said to absorb negative energies/influences and can help to instigate positive thoughts and changes.
Metaphysical properties of Lapis Lazuli includes relief from stress, anxiety and panic attacks. It is said to also be a very calming stone and helps with self confidence. It can help to bring the anxiety trigger to the surface by giving insight and clarity to the root issue for healing.
All Rock My Zen bracelets are energetically cleansed, infused with Reiki and set with intention before shipping.
It is recommended that Rock My Zen bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.
