This Rock My Zen combination of Lava stone and Black Tourmaline was created with the intention to help protect from negative energy and to be used with your favorite essential oils.
Lava stone (aka Basalt) is a grounding crystal and can help to protect from negative energies. It is also a calming stone and can help to relieve stress and increase concentration. It is known as a stone of rebirth and can help release layers of unhealthy emotional attachment.
Black Tourmaline is a fantastic protection stone to help repel negative energy by transmuting it into positive energy. It also helps to keep the wearer calm and grounded when needed and may help with anxiety relief. Black Tourmaline has been said to help promote happiness and has also been considered to be a lucky stone.
