This Rock My Zen combination was created to use with your favorite essential oils.
Lava stone (aka Basalt) is a grounding crystal and can help to protect from negative energies. It is also a calming stone and can help to relieve stress and increase concentration. It is known as a stone of rebirth and can help release layers of unhealthy emotional attachment. To use with your essential oils, add 1 or 2 drops of desired oil(s) onto some of the Lava beads.
Red Garnet is a stone of prosperity and can help with manifesting your ideas into reality. It can help to build confidence, encourage truth and aid in transformation. it encourages positive thoughts, is considered a lucky stone and can give courage and hope. It can help to boost energy levels and the immune system and can help to balance and energize all chakras.
Because these are natural gemstones, there may be natural markings that will only make your bracelet more unique. This does not affect the energy and intent of your bracelet.
All Rock My Zen bracelets are smudged and infused with Reiki before shipping.
It is recommended that Rock My Zen bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.
