Metaphysically, Black Tourmaline transmute negative energy into positive energy. It is commonly used to help with grounding and protection.
All Rock My Zen bracelets are smudged, infused with Reiki and set with intention before shipping.
It is recommended that Rock My Zen bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.
