6mm Blue Sodalite and 6mm Lapis Lazuli
This Rock My Zen combination of Lapis Lazuli and Sodalite was created with the intention to help with stress and anxiety relief. This is the dainty version made with 6mm beads and gold plated spacers.
Metaphysical properties of Blue Sodalite includes:

- helping with stress relief
- helping with phobias and fears
Properties of Lapis Lazuli includes:
- helping to reduce stress, anxiety and panic attacks
- considered a very calming stone
- can help increase self confidence.

Because these are natural gemstones, there may be natural markings that will only make your bracelet more unique. This does not affect the energy and intent of your bracelet.
It is recommended that Healing Garden Bracelets not be worn in the water or worn during any water related activity like in the shower or doing dishes other than cleansing as long term exposure to water can harden and break the elastic.
SIZING:
Finished bracelet will include an extra 1/2" for comfort. For example, if you need a bracelet for a 6" wrist, please order the small at 6"(made at 6.5") and not a medium (made at 7"). If you are not sure of your size, please measure your wrist as close as possible to where your palm starts and choose your size from the drop down menu or you can give me your exact size in the Notes to Seller or in a convo. Please do not add extra to your measurement.
